What is Small Group PT?
Small group PT is an intimate group training with a specific purpose. Max of 6 people share each session which is programmed by our Postural Balance Methods for each of the group styles; STRONG or STABLE. All new participants must onboard with a movement assessment to cover your injury risk profile & create the best plan for you moving forward. Want to know more FAQ'S Here

What are the membership options?

Membership options include ongoing auto-billing tiers of 1, 2, 3, or Family memberships and all include: - 1 monthly sauna for recovery - unlimited DIY space bookings - Member pricing at our partnered online health store - Vital.ly Prepaid packs also available *Class bookings are for MEMBERS or those with Prepaid packs. *All new participants must have a movement assessment prior to booking sessions. STRONG
Designed to build Strength & Posture This session is designed for optimal strength progression. In these sessions you will build a strong physique while improving your technique to lift safely for longer. Strong progresses through training cycles with intermittent strength tests throughout the year. It is sets & reps with measured rest periods.

sTABLE
Stronger + Able = Stable! Circuit-based mobility & stability sessions that will strengthen your body in a balanced way. Do just one per week, or do three, they will all vary but have your whole body covered within each session. Circuit #1 = mobility Circuit #2 = stability strengthening Circuit #3 = core / endurance strength
wHO IS STABLE FOR?
  • People who need a lighter approach to strengthening & recovering their movement & joint function.
  • Those who have lower condition due to instabilities or injuries.
  • For those doing the Strength program this would be a nice recovery/ lighter load session.

BYO CREW Training for something in particular? It could be a trek, a wedding or anything in between if you have a minimum of 4 people - max of 6, talk to us about setting up your posse.
wHO IS Posse training for?
  • For those doing want to train as a unit
  • If you cannot make the set times available- create your own timeslot
  • If you have are looking at a specific time frame for training for a particular event we can design a program for you
