Healthy Society Memberships Terms & Conditions
1. Ongoing Membership CommitmentMembership tiers are an ongoing training agreement, with a fortnight-to-fortnight commitment with the exception of Sauna-only monthly memberships being are month-to-month.Two (2) weeks’ written notice is required to cancel or suspend membership.All cancellation or suspension requests must be emailed to client@healthysociety.com.au and not through any other means.
2. Prepaid PacksPrepaid must be paid in full prior to commencement. By purchasing a prepaid membership or sessions you agree to the applicable terms.Fixed terms - the agreed duration, volume or tier cannot be changed once commenced. Policy or price changes apply to future packs only and do not affect active prepaid packs.Validity & Expiry - packs are valid for the period advertised at purchase. Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing. Extensions/suspensions - requests must be submitted in writing to client@healthysociety.com.au. If suspension is approved a weekly suspension fee applies and must be paid upfront at the time of processing.Prepaid packs are non transferable & non-refundable except where required under consumer law.All booking, cancellation, suspension, no show, and related terms also apply to prepaid packs.

Booking Management & BillingMembers manage their own bookings via the provided link:https://book.squareup.com/classes/d8y2ns2d8l76bm/location/6BVFXQGD1YGEK/classes Sessions must be booked & attended in accordance with the selected membership tier.Advance booking (ideally a fortnight ahead) is recommended to secure preferred times.Bookings are confirmed 24hrs prior to sessions. Non-attendance after confirmation forfeits the session except except where required under consumer law.Consistent attendance on chosen days/times is expected to ensure fair access and effective session planning.Unused sessions may be made up within two (2) weeks, subject to availability, Sessions donot roll over, accrue, or qualify for refunds.Membership tier agreements are fixed for the agreement term and are not subject to ongoing or regular alteration. Members seeking greater flexibility should select the prepaid option.Billing is processed Monday’s for the week ahead via auto-billing. Payments are non-refundable, including for change of mind, unused sessions, no shows, or late cancellations.Repeated cancellations or inconsistent attendance may result in review and transition to a prepaid session pack.Non-payment may result in suspension until outstanding amounts are cleared. Repeated late or declined payments may result in refusal of attendance. Valid payment details therefore must be maintained to avoid a $10 late payment administration fee.Price changes will be communicated in writing with reasonable notice. Members may cancel or alter their services without penalty prior to new price taking affect.Add-on and weekly sauna memberships are billed weekly and operate on a fortnight-to-fortnight commitment. Sauna-only monthly memberships are month-to-month.Full payment of the first month/fortnight is required on all memberships and is pro-rata on cancellation.Members will be issued a personal booking code.All other membership terms apply. Suspension fee only applies to Sauna-only memberships.Sauna sessions are private, but may be shared with one other member (max 2 people). Purchase of sauna services acknowledges acceptance of health, safety and liability terms. 4. Membership Suspension & AbsencesMembership may be suspended for holidays or planned absences with two (2) weeks’ written notice, for up to four (4) weeks per twelve (12) month period.A space-holding fee of $10/wk for sessions & $2/wk for DIY & sauna applies during suspension periods.Notification must be submitted by email only to client@healthysociety.com.au. No other forms of media will be accepted. 5. Illness, No-Shows & Late CancellationsAcute illness must be notified at least ten (10) hours before the session to qualify for a make-up.Illness notified within ten (10) hours, or cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours, are treated as no-shows and forfeited.Make-up sessions must be used within two (2) training weeks, subject to availability, and cannot be banked or extended.Make-up sessions must be booked directly with Healthy Society staff.
6. Liability WaiverParticipation in training is at the member’s own risk.Members are responsible for ensuring their training environment is safe.Healthy Society accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes except where caused by proven negligence.Members must disclose relevant medical conditions and confirm medical fitness to participate, or obtain medical clearance.Members must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.Members agree to follow Healthy Society’s exercise advice and not combine it with other external programmes unless approved.Sauna HEALTH & SAFETY for inclusion in memberships; Infrared sauna use is not intended to treat disease or replace medical care. No therapeutic claims are implied. Hydration with electrolytes is strongly recommended before and after use. SAUNA SAFEGUARDS; Do not sleep in the sauna while operating, use during electrical storms, or tamper with electrical components. SAUNA PRECAUTIONS: — consult your physician prior to use if applicable; Medications, children, elderly, chronic conditions affecting sweating, bleeding disorders, cardiovascular conditions, pacemaker/defibrillator, alcohol use, fever, heat sensitivity, pregnancy, joint injury, or implants. Photo/Video Media ReleaseHealthy Society may capture and store photo/video for internal professional purposes (e.g. assessment, coaching, progress tracking).All media remains the property of Healthy Society is securely stored in internal systems.Identifiable media will not be used for marketing without explicit consent. Non-identifiable images may be used at any time.Granting consent for public use waives rights to inspect, approve, claim royalties, payment, or future compensation.You release & agree to hold harmless Healthy Society, its staff, and contractors from claims arising from compliant internal media use. 8. General & Dispute ResolutionThis agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its terms and will be interpreted solely according to its language and intended purpose.By signing, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have appropriate guardian consent.Individual results may vary and are influenced by personal factors such as attendance, effort, and health status. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials reflect personal individual experiences only. If disputes arise, both parties will first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, submit a written summary to client@healthysociety.com.au; a response will be provided within five (5) business days.If still unresolved, either party may request mediation by a mutually agreed independent mediator with costs shared equally.
